Tell me about some mouth watering recipes you just can't get enough of. I would appreciate this greatly… but rather my husband would love it even more. I seem to make the same mundane things over and over again. It's time to incorporate some variety in our lives. Please and thank you.

I have made this pasta-bake a few times and I really like it! It is not anything fancy and it is really easy.
8 oz. penne or shell pasta
1 large can/bottle pasta sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup mozerella cheese
1 cup (or more) fozen spinach
Cook and drain the pasta according to package directions. Defrost spinach according to package directions. Stir pasta and spinach together with sauce and cheeses. Place in a 2 quart casserole and bake covered with foil for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. During the last 5 minutes sprinkle some extra mozerella cheese on top and bake until melted.
Kinda boring - but quick!
I have a bunch...do you want me to just email them to you, rather than type them all into a comment? Let me know!!
Lindsay that pasta dish sounds yummy! I'm gonna definitely have to try it out soon! Thanks so much!
Hey girlie!! I'm loving the new background!! Okay, I have a new recipe that I'm obsessed with!! It's super easy too!
Bear Claw Sandwhiches:
1 roast (frozen)
1/4 C. water
dried onions
Cook in crockpot over night until you are ready to serve. Drain water and onions and shredd roast. place back into crockpot with about a cup or two of BBQ sauce (you kind of just have to eyeball it). Let it simmer while you make the bread.
Bread:
Stir 1 C. of butter with 1/3 C. of Mayo and a cup of parmesan cheese. Spread over one side of bread and set it on pan to toast for a few minutes (a griddle works best if you have one). Cook until it's golden brown. Place BBQ roast on the inner layer of bread and serve!! It is so yummy I hope you try it!!
Do you like Cafe Rio??? Well, here is a good recipe to make your own Sweet Pork!!
What you need:
1 pork loin or pork roast
1 1/2 cans Coca-cola classic (Someone said they tried it with generic varieties and it's not the same. And Diet coke is too sweet.)
1 cup sugar (or a little less, depending how sweet you want it I usually put just under a cup)
1 7 oz can Chipotle Chiles in ADOBO sauce (since you use the sauce, not the chiles, it is important that you get the chiles in adobo sauce. You get these in the Hispanic foods section at the grocery store) 1 heaping tsp each of Dry Ground Mustard and Cumin
1 tsp minced garlic.
1. Open the can of chiles and dump it into a mixing bowl. Then, use the coke to get the rest of the sauce out of the can. Pour the coke into the bowl with the chiles. I mix it up a bit to make sure all the adobo sauce gets off the chiles. Then, use a fork to fish all the chiles out of the coke. Just throw the chiles away.
2. Once you've got them all out, add the sugar, ground mustard, cumin, and garlic. Mix this all up and let the sugar start to disolve.
3. Place pork in crock pot and pour sauce over it.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours. If you don't have enough time to let it cook that long (which, I usually don't) then you can cook it on high for less hours (Or, put it in a pot with a lid that can go in the oven). Just cook it until you can start to pull it apart with a fork. Usually, once I can kind of start to pull it apart, I will keep it in the crock pot and pull it apart a bit and leave it in there to keep soaking up the juices.
Spicy Ranch Dressing:
1 1/3 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonaise
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 package ranch dressing mix
Salsa verde (you can buy little 7 oz cans of this. the recipe only called for 4
Tablespoons, but we added more. I think we ended up using about 3/4 of the can.
Pretty much just add it to taste)
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
Juice of one lime
Blend all this together in a blender or food processer.
wow... that was long.. sorry. that doesn't mean it is difficult to make... I just get a little too detailed in my instructions sometimes....
